Weekly Food Log

Another weekly food log….so again, I drink 16oz of green tea every morning as I do intermittent fasting.  I drink water during the day/evening.  I also have sauerkraut after dinner.  I make my own kombucha.  My meats are organic, grass-fed whenever possible.  Vegetables are organic.  Cashews are organic, soaked and dried.

Monday 2/16

Roast Beef Slices, celery with sunflower butter, snack….brazil nuts, kombucha, and for dinner, Shrimp in garlic butter with green beans with raw butter

Tuesday 2/17

2 liverwurst patties seared in raw butter, celery with sunflower butter, snack…brazil and cashew nuts, kombucha, and for dinner, espresso rubbed steak (my favorite), beets with raw butter

Wednesday 2/18

2 braunschweiger patties seared in raw butter, 3 pcs of bacon wrapped avocado’s, celery with chicken liver pate, snack….cashews, kombucha, and for dinner, homemade chicken broth with raw butter, celery with chicken liver pate, snack…cashews

Thursday 2/19

Paleo toast with raw butter and sunflower seed butter, celery with liver pate, avocado pudding, bacon wrapped avocado, snack…cashews, kombucha and for dinner, salmon (baked in oven with coconut oil, seasonings), beets with raw butter

Friday 2/20

Roast beef slices, celery with chicken liver pate, snack….cashews, kombucha, and for dinner, left-over espresso rubbed steak, broccoli (steamed) with raw butter

Saturday 2/21

2 Liverwurst patties, celery with sunflower seed butter, snack…kombucha, dinner, baked cod with raw butter/lemon/seasonings, diced & seasoned baked sweet potatoe…snack, macadamia nuts

Sunday, 2/22

2 Bacon Egg stuffed avocados (Delish!!), snack….macadamia nuts, kombucha, dinner, bison burger on the grill, no bun, with avocado and bacon, cauliflower (steamed) with raw butter
