I think I had a fairly good week, until I had family visitors and got a little carried away….that can happen.  Anyway, I enjoyed their visit and the excess and now I’m back on track!  I’ve discovered “Gin-Gin’s”….danger!  A nice treat….but hard to control over-doing the treat!  Measuring has been very beneficial and has kept me on track.

Monday, 3/23/15

Green tea….lunch….liverwurst -2 patties, brazil nuts 1/4 c, 2 stalks celery with 2 tablespoons of sunflower seed butter, lemon water…snack…1.5 cups raw homemade kombucha, 1/2 serving Mary’s Organic crackers with 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter….dinner…grass-fed bison burger on the grill, steamed broccoli, about 1/3 of an avocado on the burger….snack….2 gin gin chews….Total Carbs….60 grams

Tuesday, 3/24/15

Green tea….lunch…2 cups homemade bone broth with 1 tablespoon raw butter, 1/4 c brazil nuts, 2 tablespoons Sunflower Seed Butter on about 6 Mary’s Organic crackers and celery….snack….homemade kombucha, 2 gin gin chews….dinner….2 glasses white wine, sushi, edamame, vanilla ice cream (I know!)….Total carbs…52 grams

Green tea…lunch…1/4 c brazil nuts, celery and 7 crackers of Mary’s Organic with 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter, 2 patties liverwurst, lemon water…snack…homemade kombucha…dinner…salad with chicken, pine nuts, avocado, raspberry vinaigrette, lemon water, sauerkraut….snack 2 gin-gins…total carbs….63 grams

Green tea…lunch…toasted paleo brea with raw butter and 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter, 1 cup of bone broth, 1/4 c brazil nuts….snack…homemade kombucha, celery with 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter….dinner….beef boneless ribs, steamed asparagus, Angelic toasted baguette with raw butter, lemon water, sauerkraut…snack….2 gin-gins, mint chocolate milkshake (recipe on blog)…total carbs….73 grams

Green tea…lunch…2 braunschweiger patties, lemon water, 1/4 c brazil nuts, celery with 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter…snack…homemade kombucha, 3 gin-gins…dinner…2 cups bone broth with buffalo stew meat, Mary’s organic crackers with raw butter…total carbs….70 grams

Saturday, 3/28/15

Green tea….lunch (on-the-run)….1/2 deviled egg, beef stick, 1/4 c brazil nuts….snack….homemade kombucha….7 Mary’s organic crackers, celery and 2 tablespoons of sunflower seed butter….dinner…lemon water, baked wild cod, steamed asparagus, Angelic toasted baguette with raw butter….snack….Kalyana double chocolate almond flour brownie….total carbs…67 grams

Green tea…lunch….2 c bone broth, 1/4 c brazil nuts, 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter with celery…dinner…beef brisket, steamed green beans, diced sweet potatoe, lemon water, avocado oil potatoe chips, kalyana double chocolate almond flour brownies, snack…2 gin gins….total carbs….78 carbs.
