Food Journal 3/30 through 4/5/15

Boy, I didn’t realize I lost track of my food logs…life has been busy, not complaining.  I’m not hiding anything, as you will see my carb intake is a little all over the place, especially on Easter!!  The apple pie from Elegant Farmer was delish, but my stomach ache that followed wasn’t so pleasant. Maybe if I had had a smaller piece versus a piece like there was no tomorrow?!?

Monday,  3/30/15

2 c Green tea, lunch…lemon water, diced sweet potatoe, beef brisket (no roll), 1/2 half deviled egg, 1/4c brazil nuts, Kalyana-double chocolate almond flour brownie…dinner…lemon water steamed asparagus, wild baked cod, angelic baguette toasted with raw butter, snack….2 gin-gins, mint chocolate shake (recipe on blog), celery with sunflower butter 2 T, Mary’s organic gluten free crackers, raw homemade kombucha…94 carbs.

2 c Green Tea…lunch…Cobb Salad and glass of wine…dinner…homemade beef broth with raw butter, 1/4 c brazil nuts, celery and Mary’s Crackers with 2 T sunflower seed butter, raw kombucha…snack…2 gin-gins, 1/4 cup tamari pumpkin seeds…55 carbs

2 c Green Tea…lunch…1/4 c brazil nuts, lemon water, 2 braunschweiger patties, celery with 2 T sunflower seed butter, 2 gin-gins…dinner…lemon water, garlic butter shrimp, steamed cauliflower & broccoli with raw butter, toasted Angelic baguette with raw butter…71 carbs
