Overindulged a bit this week as my brother was in town along with Mother’s Day. I’m only human and felt the consequences of the overindulgences….moving on.

2 c Green Tea…lunch…raw kombucha..celery, 2 T sunflower seed butter, lemon water, 1/4 c brazil nuts, paleo toast with 1/2 T raw butter and sunflower seed butter, 1 Beef stick…dinner…2 C beef bone broth with 1 T raw butter, homemade chicken liver pate with crunch master crackers…Total carbs..55

2 c Green Tea…Lunch…2 T sunflower seed butter, celery, kombucha, 1/4 c brazil nuts, 1.5 c beef bone broth with butter…dinner…steamed beets with butter, grass fed hamburger patty with 1/2 avocado and 1.5 stips of bacon, lemon water, 4 T sauerkraut..Total carbs…34 carbs

2 c Green tea…Lunch & Snack… raw maple syrup on 1 Kalyana Pancake with butter, 2 strips of bacon, 1/2 avocado with (4) small slices of roast beef, kombucha, lemon water…dinner…1 glass red wine, flank steak, steamed green beans with butter…snacks…Kalyana double Chocolate Brownies (2)…total carbs…103!  Yikes!

2 c Green Tea…Lunch & Snack…1/4 c macadamia nuts, lemon water, beef brisket, diced and baked sweet potatoes, avocado potato chips, mary’s crackers, kalyana brownies (2)…dinner…chicken liver pate, lemon water, 1/2 serving of mary’s gone crackers…total carbs….118!  Yikes!  Again!!  Felt that that’s for sure!
