Feeling good that I’m getting back into my groove with food!  Well, a few days a little more carbs than usual, oh well.

2 c Ginger Tea….Lunch….(out to lunch)Bacon/Avocado Chopped Salad, lemon water….Dinner….1 grilled brat, steamed asparagus, butter 1 T, with 1 serving of Superseed Mary’s Gone Crackers, sauerkraut…snacks…1/4c brazil nuts, Kombucha, (testing “The Raw Conformist’s goodies) – roasted kale chips, raw brownie bite-delish!! , raw cracker, tiramisu – the best I have ever had!!!  Everything we amazing!!  Thank you again Karen!…..Total Carbs…57
