Good week I think, like I said I have been monitoring my fiber intake, it just adds one more thing to juggle in the daily number game that’s for sure!!

Monday, 4/13/15

2 c Green Tea…lunch….tried Jackson’s Kettle Sweet Potatoe chips…thumbs up!!, lemon water, 2 stalks celery, 2 T sunflower seed butter, 4 oz roasted chicken, psyllium husk…dinner…lemon water, sauteed spinach, uncured ham steak (3 oz), Angelic baguette with raw butter, sauerkraut…snacks….homemade kombucha, 1/4 c macadamia nuts, psyllium husk….Total carbs 62

Tuesday, 4/14/15

2 c Green Tea…lunch…1/4 c macadamia nuts, 2 stalks celery, 2 T sunflower seed butter, 1 1/2 c homemade beef bone broth with 1 T raw butter and beef stew meat, psyllium husk…snack…kombucha….dinner…lemon water, steamed green beans, espresso rubbed flank steak, sauerkraut, psyllium husk…snack..mint chocolate milkshake, psyllium husk….Total carbs 51

Wednesday, 4/15/15

2 c Green Tea…lunch…Jackson’s Sweet Potatoe chips, Paleo toast with raw butter and sunflower seed butter, lemon water, 1/4 c macadamia nuts, 2 stalks celery, psyllium….dinner….uncured ham steak (3 oz), steamed green beans with raw butter…snacks….kombucha, psyllium husk…Total carbs 62

Thursday, 4/16/15

2 c Green Tea…lunch…Jackson’s sweet potatoe chips, lemon water, 2 stalks celery, 2 T sunflower seed butter, 1/4 c macadamia nuts, 2 patties braunschweiger patties, kombucha, psyllium husk…dinner…2 strips bacon, 1 c beef bone broth with beef stew meat, 1 T raw butter, psyllium husk, sauerkraut….snacks….mint chocolate milkshake, psyllium husk….Total carbs 61

Friday, 4/17/15

2 c Green Tea…lunch…psyllium husk, kombucha, macadamia nuts, 2 T sunflower seed butter, 2 stalks celery, lemon water Jackson’s Sweet Potatoe Chips, roasted chicken, 4-Mary’s Gone Crackers…Dinner….7 Garlic Butter Shrimp, steamed broccoli with butter, lemon water, psyllium husk, sauerkraut…Snacks, 6-Mary’s Gone Crackers with 1 T raw butter, 1/4 c Tamari pumpkin seeds….Total carbs 62

Saturday, 4/18/15

2 c Green Tea….lunch….psyllium husk, lemon water, roasted chicken, sweet potatoe chips, 2 stalks celery, 2 T sunflower seed butter, 1/4 c macadamia nuts…dinner…lemon water, 7 Garlic Butter Shrimp, steamed asparagus, sauerkraut, kombucha…snack….1/4 c Tamari Pumpkin Seeds, lemon water, popcorn in coconut oil and raw butter (made on the stove)….Total carbs 69

Sunday, 4/19/15

2 c Green Tea…lunch…lemon water, 1/4 c macadamia nuts, 2 strips bacon, 2 eggs, 1 c leftover popcorn in coconut oil and raw butter, kombucha….dinner….uncured ham, diced baked sweet potatoes, lemon water sauerkraut, psyllium…snacks…psyllium husk, chocolate avocado pudding…Total carbs 73
