Okay….sometimes think my logo should have been an avocado instead of a beet! What can I say….but this looks scrumptious!

What was it like before you came in to see Nourishing Wellness?
I wasn’t feeling very good about myself and physical appearance.
Tired a lot of the time.
Wasn’t sleeping well – very restless at night.
How is it now?
Great! I have learned a lot on how to and not to eat.
I have my energy back.
I sleep better.
Feeling good that I’m getting back into my groove with food! Well, a few days a little more carbs than usual, oh well.
